LEAVING HOME

Leaving Home reflects on the experience of living between places—between countries, cultures, and definitions of home. The work engages with themes of displacement, transition, and the quiet accumulation of moments shaped by movement. The images are taken on medium format film, a slow and deliberate process that involves repeated observation of a scene—often returning to the same place many times before making a photograph. Composing through a viewfinder where the world appears reversed introduces a quiet disorientation, a way of seeing that mirrors the experience of being between homes.
