For this collection of work I took inspiration from my everyday: colours I encounter on early morning dog walks; random marks on sidewalks and freeway, each telling its own small history—a narrative of how it came to be. Mark-making is central to my own artistic practice—it embodies my own intuitive response to this etched world, which surrounds me.
